CHIRON IN TAURUS + WEEKLY ASTROLOGY FORECAST: JUNE 14-21, 2026
We’re in a significant week astrologically. The new moon in Gemini at the end of last week opened a void space where we could examine our stories and belief systems, ask ourselves what narratives we still want to carry and which ones are ready to be released. That’s the invitation of Gemini energy, especially during the new moon. To notice, to observe, to get curious about how our beliefs literally weave the fabric of our reality. This moon was also not aspected or influenced by other planetary forces, which made it pure. Clear. Spacious.
THE TRANSITS THIS WEEK
On the 16th, Venus in Leo trines Neptune in Aries. This is a softer, more harmonious energy after Venus just entered Leo following her meeting with Jupiter in Cancer. With this trine, there’s an opportunity to crack open some of the heart work that’s been happening, to feel into what we truly desire, what we want, how we want to feel. Leo is the heart as the center of creative life. Neptune in Aries brings idealism and vision. Together they create space to feel the expansion, the possibility, the potential of what’s actually calling to us.
Then on the 17th, Venus opposes Pluto in Aquarius. This is where things get more intense. Whenever Venus meets Pluto, relationships become the mirror. The dynamics shift from gentle to penetrating. Power surfaces. Control surfaces. Fear of loss, fear of vulnerability, fear of rejection all come into focus. In Leo, there’s also a fear of true expression, of being wholly and radically yourself within intimate dynamics. This is the transit asking: Can I be fully seen? Can I say what I actually mean? Where do I perform instead of show up authentically?
It’s a revealing time. Pluto strips away the parts of us that try to earn love through adaptation. It forces us to stand in our truth, our radiance, our expression. Maybe to have conversations we’ve been afraid to have. This will illuminate where we contract, where we hide, where we dim ourselves to manage the other person’s comfort.
CHIRON ENTERS TAURUS
On June 19th, Chiron enters Taurus. This is one of the significant ingresses of the year, because it shifts both our collective healing trajectory and our individual one.
If you have Chiron in Aries, you’re getting a reprieve. Your Chiron return, which began in 2018, will return again this September through early spring 2027, but right now you have space to integrate all of the depth work that’s unfolded since 2018. There will be space and perhaps breakthroughs. Ways to see what’s unfolded for you in new ways.
If you have Chiron in Taurus, you’re entering the first dip into your Chiron return. From now until September, and then again from April 2027-2034, this asteroid will be in your natal sign, and the next seven years will be defined by this work.
I have many clients moving through this threshold right now. It’s huge. It’s significant. It’s a really impactful time in life.
CHIRON
Chiron isn't a planet—it's an asteroid, a celestial body that orbits between Saturn and Uranus. That placement is significant. Saturn rules the 3D, the earthly experiences, the density, the heaviness of being human. Uranus rules evolution, innovation, the higher mind, the soul's forward movement. Chiron literally sits between these two, helping us transmute our human, earthly wounds into deeper soul healing.
Chiron is called the wounded healer, and that's because it reveals our core wounds—the ones that hurt, the ones that shaped us, the ones we brought through from past lives, from our ancestry, into this lifetime. But here's the paradox: your greatest core wound is also your greatest gift.
Chiron also reflects our inner child wounds, the things we experienced in childhood that left an imprint. But that's what's beautiful about astrology—it shows us not just what we brought into this life, but what we'll experience within it, how we can heal it, how we can transmute it.
CHIRON IN TAURUS
Chiron in Taurus carries core wounds around resources, security, safety, money. If you have this placement or are entering your Chiron return, you likely came into this life with wounding in these areas, whether from past lives or from your ancestry.
In my client work, I see this over and over. Chiron in Taurus people often experienced instability in childhood. Maybe you moved around a lot, never felt anchored to home, never developed a sense of security through place. Or maybe it was financial. Maybe there was messaging around money that felt scarcity-based, unstable, unsupportive—and you carried that into adulthood.
What's wild is that Chiron in Taurus people often become incredibly successful. And I don't mean successful in the conventional sense, though sometimes that too. I mean they become skilled at transmuting those original wounds into healing for themselves and others. If you grew up with financial instability, you might struggle with money your whole life. But you might also become brilliant at creating financial security, at building abundance, at understanding systems in a way others don't. If you moved constantly, you might be incredible at creating a stable, nourishing home for yourself and your family now.
That's turning lead to gold.
But here's what's important to understand: Chiron is a lifelong teacher. That core wound you have, you'll likely travel with it for the rest of your life. That doesn't mean you're fated to suffer. It doesn't mean you don't heal. It means the wound becomes your teacher, in different ways, at different intensities, with different emotional charges—but it remains.
The beauty is that once you befriend it, once you stop trying to escape it or transcend it or cut it out, it becomes your superpower. You become the healer of what you've been wounded by. You become the guide for others moving through similar terrain.
The work isn't about ascending out of the core wound. It's about integrating it, befriending it, loving that part of you that felt insecure, that didn't feel safe, that was trying so hard to survive. It's about bringing that inner child home.
If you're entering your Chiron return, I'm telling you now: this is the work that will be front and center. For the next seven years, you'll be invited again and again to look at your relationship with security, safety, resources, your body, your worth. It's going to be deep. It's going to ask things of you. But it's also going to be the most healing thing you do.
THE COLLECTIVE INFLUENCE
Collectively, Chiron in Taurus brings themes of money, banking, resources, land management, agriculture, food, currency. All the things connected to the second house, the house of what we own and what owns us, how we relate to the material world.
We just came out of Chiron in Aries, which was all about individuation, identity, the right to exist, permission to take up space. Now we're moving into deepening—into the body, the nervous system, safety, self-worth, our relationship with the earth itself.
Uranus was in Taurus from 2018 to 2025, cracking open the dysfunction in these systems, creating chaos, demanding change. Now Chiron is coming in to do the real healing work. It's going to bring us deeper into the wounding, the pain, the injustice. The first few years especially will feel bumpy because we're being asked to look at what's broken—our financial systems, our relationship with the land, how we produce food, how we value resources—and we're not going to be comfortable with what we see.
But that discomfort is necessary. We're literally rewiring how we relate to money, to security, to the earth itself. That's going to feel messy. It's supposed to.
And ideally, through this journey until 2034, the world as we know it will shift. The way we treat the land, the way we treat animals, the way we use resources—it's all going to have to change. Chiron is asking us to crack that open, to feel the weight of it, to let it activate us into transformation.
THE WEEK AHEAD
So this week we’re moving through the lingering energy of the new moon in Gemini, that void space asking us to examine our stories and beliefs. We have the Venus and Neptune trine on the 16th, softening into what we actually desire and how we want to feel. Then the Venus and Pluto opposition on the 17th, bringing what’s hidden in our relationships into the light.
And threading through it all, on June 19th, Chiron is entering Taurus. Whether this is your Chiron return or just the beginning of a new collective chapter, it’s significant. This asteroid will be in Taurus for the next several years, inviting us all to look at our relationship with security, resources, the body, the earth itself.
Mercury retrograde is coming in July, so expect that same introspective work to deepen. But right now, this week, we’re in a moment of transition. The old narratives are being questioned. The heart is softening and then being asked to stand in its truth. And the wounded healer is arriving to teach us something new about what it means to be grounded, to be safe, to be home in our own bodies.
Pay attention to what surfaces in your relationships this week. Notice what you desire. And if you have Chiron in Taurus, if this transit is personal for you, know that this is the beginning of something really significant. We’ll be diving deeper into this work in the coming weeks.
