Mentorship Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a 1:1 mentorship or 1:1 sessions with Ali Ofstedal, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the terms outlined on this page.

This agreement applies to all 1:1 mentorship containers and individual sessions facilitated by Ali Ofstedal through Soul Archaeology, LLC. By purchasing a mentorship package or individual session, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview of the Container

This 3-month mentorship container is a sacred, co-created space designed to support you in your journey of deep remembrance, integration, and soul reclamation. The work may weave together:

  • Evolutionary astrology

  • Somatic nervous system support

  • Ancestral, inner child, and womb healing

  • Quantum and intuitive energy work

  • Personal integration, emotional processing, and spiritual reflection

This mentorship is not a replacement for licensed medical, psychological, or legal care.

2. Scheduling & Sessions

The container includes seven 90-minute Zoom sessions, typically held bi-weekly over three months.

You will receive details to schedule your first session after purchase.

Please arrive on time so we can honor the full depth of your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered forfeit and will not be rescheduled. This protects the energetic integrity of the container and respects the flow of both our schedules.

If you need to reschedule, 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions not rescheduled within this window will be considered forfeit.

3. Payment Terms

The full investment for this mentorship is $3333, payable in full or in three monthly installments of $1111.

By enrolling, you are committing to the full financial investment, whether paid upfront or in installments.

All payments are final. There are no refunds, including partial refunds, regardless of participation, scheduling conflicts, or perceived outcomes.

This policy exists to honor the energetic commitment of both the client and the facilitator and to protect the integrity of this sacred space.

4. Scope of Practice & Liability

By participating, you acknowledge that Ali Ofstedal is not a licensed medical doctor, therapist, psychologist, or attorney.

The mentorship is offered as spiritual and educational support and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health conditions.

You understand that you are solely responsible for your emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental well-being throughout the mentorship and beyond.

You agree to release Ali Ofstedal from any and all liability related to your participation in this mentorship.

5. Confidentiality & Energetic Boundaries

All sessions and correspondence are held in strict confidence unless legally required to disclose information.

You agree to honor the container by arriving present, grounded, and respectful of the process.

If misalignment, disrespect of boundaries, or unethical behavior arises, Ali reserves the right to terminate the mentorship without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Any materials, tools, meditations, or resources shared within the mentorship are for your personal use only.

You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any content provided within the container without express written permission.
