THE ARCHIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a membership to The Archive, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Membership

The Archive is a self guided digital membership offered by Soul Archaeology / Ali Ofstedal. Membership includes access to monthly Field Reports, meditations, somatic practices, energetic practices, integration resources, and other materials made available within The Archive. The content included within The Archive may evolve over time. New resources may be added periodically at the discretion of Soul Archaeology. Membership does not guarantee a specific number of new meditations, practices, or additional resources each month beyond the monthly Field Report. The Archive does not include private mentorship, individualized astrological readings, live sessions, or direct access to Ali unless otherwise expressly stated.

Monthly Membership

Monthly memberships are billed at $55 per month and automatically renew each month using the payment method on file until canceled. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and does not provide a refund for payments already processed. Access to The Archive will continue through the remainder of your current paid billing period and will end when that billing period expires.

Annual Membership

Annual memberships are billed annually and automatically renew each year using the payment method on file until canceled. Founding Annual Memberships are billed at $444 per year. Founding Members retain the $444 annual renewal rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active. If a Founding Annual Membership is canceled or otherwise allowed to lapse, the founding rate is forfeited. Rejoining The Archive in the future will be subject to the pricing and membership options available at that time. Cancellation prevents the next annual renewal and does not provide a refund for the current membership year.

Inner Compass

Founding Annual Membership includes access to Inner Compass: A North & South Node Course as part of the annual membership offer. Access to Inner Compass is provided according to the terms presented at the time of purchase. Cancellation of The Archive does not create a right to a refund or partial refund based on use or nonuse of Inner Compass. Monthly membership does not include Inner Compass unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

You are responsible for canceling your membership before your next scheduled renewal if you do not wish to be charged. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. Canceling does not retroactively cancel or refund a payment that has already been processed. Failure to use or access The Archive does not constitute cancellation.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital access provided upon enrollment, all payments for The Archive are nonrefundable. No refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be issued for unused membership time, failure to access membership materials, change of mind, or cancellation after a renewal payment has been processed. By purchasing an annual membership, you are committing to and purchasing the full annual membership period. Annual payments are not refundable or prorated if you choose to cancel before the end of that period. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased materials, please contact us so we can assist you.

Monthly Field Reports

Field Reports are created for educational, reflective, and personal development purposes. Each Field Report contains guidance for all 12 North Node placements. Members are responsible for determining their own North Node placement using the resources provided or an outside natal chart calculator. Astrological interpretation is inherently interpretive. The information provided within The Archive should not be understood as a prediction, guarantee of future events, or substitute for your own judgment and decision making.

Healing Practices

=The Archive may include meditations, somatic practices, energetic practices, visualizations, rituals, journaling exercises, and other healing or personal development resources. Participation in these practices is voluntary. You are responsible for determining whether a particular practice is appropriate for you and may stop or modify a practice at any time. The Archive and its materials are provided for educational and personal development purposes and are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. If you are currently working with a medical or mental health professional, you remain responsible for making decisions regarding your care with the appropriate provider.

Personal Responsibility

By participating in The Archive, you acknowledge that personal development, somatic work, meditation, energetic practices, and astrological reflection may bring emotions, memories, sensations, or personal material into your awareness. You remain responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, boundaries, and participation. No specific personal, emotional, spiritual, financial, relational, or professional outcome is promised or guaranteed through membership in The Archive.

Intellectual Property

All materials within The Archive, including but not limited to Field Reports, written content, meditations, audio recordings, somatic practices, energetic practices, courses, graphics, worksheets, frameworks, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Soul Archaeology / Ali Ofstedal unless otherwise stated. Your membership provides a limited license to access these materials for your own personal use only. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, republished, uploaded, taught, transmitted, or used to create derivative commercial materials without prior written permission. Your login and membership access may not be shared with another person. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of membership access without refund.

Availability of Content

Soul Archaeology reserves the right to update, modify, reorganize, replace, or discontinue individual resources within The Archive. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to the membership platform, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to website maintenance, third party platforms, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.

Membership Termination

Soul Archaeology reserves the right to terminate or restrict membership access in cases of payment failure, unauthorized sharing or reproduction of materials, misuse of the membership, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or conduct that materially interferes with the operation or integrity of The Archive. When termination results from a violation of these Terms & Conditions, refunds will not be provided.

Changes to Pricing or Membership

Membership pricing, features, and terms may change in the future. Any pricing changes applicable to existing members will be communicated as appropriate before taking effect. The $444 Founding Annual Membership rate remains available to eligible Founding Members for as long as their membership remains continuously active, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Agreement
