By purchasing and enrolling in The Vessel Group Mentorship, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Vessel is a 12 month group mentorship experience rooted in astrology, embodiment, somatic awareness, and spiritual inquiry. The program includes live group calls, teachings, experiential practices, and access to a private member space.

This offering is intended for personal growth, self exploration, and spiritual development.

2. SCOPE OF PRACTICE & DISCLAIMER

The Vessel is not therapy, not medical care, and not mental health treatment.

Ali Bauer is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, medical provider, or financial advisor. Participation does not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic support.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

  • You agree to seek appropriate professional support if needed.

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

3. PAYMENT & FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

By enrolling, you are committing to a 12 month payment agreement, regardless of attendance or participation level.

  • Monthly payment plans are billed automatically.

  • Pay-in-full purchases cover the full 12 month program.

  • Early withdrawal from the program does not cancel remaining payments.

  • Failure to attend live calls does not release you from payment obligations.

If a payment fails:

  • You will be notified and given a short grace period to update payment information.

  • Continued failure to resolve payment may result in paused or revoked access.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of this program and the energetic and logistical commitment involved:

All sales are final. No refunds are available once the program has begun.

Please ensure this program is aligned for you before enrolling.

5. PROGRAM ACCESS & RECORDINGS

  • Live calls are recorded and made available to enrolled members.

  • Recordings are for personal use only.

  • Sharing, distributing, or reproducing program content is prohibited.

  • Access to recordings and materials is limited to the program duration unless otherwise stated.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & GROUP AGREEMENT

The Vessel is a confidential group container.

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Respect the privacy of other participants.

  • Not share personal stories, names, or experiences shared within the group.

  • Engage respectfully and responsibly.

Ali Bauer reserves the right to remove a participant from the program, without refund, if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or breaches confidentiality.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within The Vessel—including teachings, recordings, written materials, and practices—is the intellectual property of Ali Bauer.

You may not copy, distribute, teach, or reproduce this content without written permission.

8. PROGRAM CHANGES

Ali Bauer reserves the right to:

  • Adjust session dates if necessary

  • Modify program structure if it serves the integrity of the container

  • Update content in response to collective or energetic needs

Any changes will be communicated clearly.

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that personal growth work can bring emotional awareness, discomfort, or change. You accept full responsibility for your participation and experiences.

10. AGREEMENT
